Is my baby photophobic?! (that's fear of light, not fear of photography) So I have a couple, they had a baby. Typical story. The baby was fine for a while, but now he is completely dark. Sometimes a little light reflects, but usually he is no more than a flat black object. I'm afraid to age him, because I'm only half sure that will solve the problem. Any ideas? Wow, scary! :confusion: Are you having this problem on other lots or just the one? The only thing I can think of is trying to download a patch off EA's website. That could help.
Definitely patch your game, but I'd try aging him. It might solve it. I had a toddler on perma-glow who switched back to normal when she became a child. Anyway, it's worth a try, right? Otherwise you're stuck with perma-charcoal baby.
The problem is unique to this lot and I've downloaded all of the patches. I guess I'll try aging him.
Yes, you do that. If it doesn't work then get back to us. I have an idea that could work if aging him fails.
This happened to one of my child sims and when she grew into a teen; voila, problem fixed. I don't know what happened to cause it though but growing up worked for me.
