How do you Un-break up with a sim Ok, well. I made my family in the sims 2, well just me and my parents, and a few days later my parents (In the sims 2) had a fight, and after that the "break up" option came up, so just for fun I clicked on it, but I didn't realize my mum would leave, so she left crying, and her picture went so it was just me and my dad. And since then I used some boolprop cheats and got the "Tombstone Of Life and Death", and made her join the family, but now her pictures here, but she isn't. Does anyone know how to get them back after they leave when you break up with them?
you should be able to find her in the neighbourhood bit where you can find new families you've just made. (I can't remember the name! I'm sure you know what I mean... I hope) Click on her and move her into the house that her family lives in. Then she will live with you, but she won't be married, so you'll need to build up the relationship between her and her ex. tell me if any of that didn't make sense!
Good idea to back up your files before experimenting. You never know what can happen, especially when using cheats.
Yeesh! I'd be way too scared to make sims of anyone I knew ... let alone loved. Too much like voodoo for my tender sensibilities. Have you told your parents that they just got a simulated divorce?
I had a pair of sims get divorced, not knowing exactly what would happen. Didn't know where the woman had gone off to (which upset me quite a bit because she was important to a story I was doing at the time,) until I looked in the bin where, as Rozzalina pointed out, I found her all safe and sound. I think she even had 20K available -- sort of a divorce settlement, I guess.

Thanks. I used to call the family bin the Sim Bin. I think it might even have been called that before they changed Create-A-Sim to Create-A-Family..
