prank calls aint cool, fool well anyway, my game is having "issues" again, whenever i ask permission to go out they act as if they accept it but for some reason i don't unlock the "go out" function on the phone, and when i finally do get it and i try to call someone, it says prank calls and she talks for like a second and then hangs up. ARRRRRGGGGHHHHH how do i fix this, is there like a patch for it??? please help, im afraid i might throw my computer against the wall and then i wouldn'nt be able to play the sims 2 or visit this forumn :(
There are windows of opportunity for going out/sneaking out. Once a sim has permission to go out they need to (a) know another teen to go out with (who is friendly enough with the sim to accept a "go out" invitation. And (b) your sim must phone during the window of opportunity, which I think is between 7-10pm. Sneak out is similar, but needs no permission and the window of opportunity is 9pm-1am (Times quoted may not be fully accurate ) Prank calls are an option between 1-7am cos no-one has any business calling up friends during the wee small hours.

Sorry to hear that Krazzy. Have to admit I am not brimming with ideas, though. :( If it always happens to any teen in any house, and it has never worked, then you need to check your custom content (temporarily remove all of it and try without) and check your game is fully patched bang up to date. If it only happens in one house then the problem is likely to be with the lot, or the family. Moving them to a new house ought to fix things.
thats happens to me to i found a patch just go to the sims 2 official website and find the nightlife patch and then dowload it it should fix it but i still havent tested it ohh and thanks for the times Mirelly, now i can have some fun
