hello i only just recently got university because they were sold out around my area....but i have all the others...... anyways.....my sims want to buy things and it said go to a vending machine....where are they.....my sims are in university.... please help thanks
Go visit the community lots in the University neighborhood. At least one of those lots will have clothes and games and magazines, and so forth, available to buy. I'm afraid I don't remember the names of those particular lots. There should also be a vending machine that sells cell phones and games. Explore a little.
thanks ok then im in academie le tour its a great game though i cant wait for pets ok then i shall explore i didnt know that young adults to get engaged i thought thye were like teens
Young Adults are similar to Teens, but they can do a bit more now they're a bit older (woohoo, get engaged - but not married until they Graduate, nor can they have babies until they graduate and move back home, when they automatically become Adults. I've had Sims who got engaged at college then I couldn't get the non-player fiancee to move in and grow up no matter what I did, and I couldn't even get them to break up either, so I'd advise waiting until you're back in the 'home' neighbourhood before you get them engaged, so you don't end up with this problem. Might just be me, though )
thanks thanks they are on the verge of breaking up because the male is a romance and the female is a family she proposed to him and caught him trying it on with her friend so now when they talk the "break up2 option is there so i might just make them break up ooopps lol and the worse thing was it was juliette capp which is love with my sim "son" so she is totally fallen for him well thank you
No you can do it. You need to have the player controlled sim rent a house, then call the sim who you are engaged to, and if the relationship is high enough, propose to him to move in. He should accept it. Be advised that once he moves in, he will be at THE BEGINNING of his freshman year, meaning that the person who moved in will be behind in his grade compared to the sim that proposed...
It's possible that the sim in question is an adult, and therefore cannot live at college. That happened to me once. I had to wait until I graduated, then invite him to move in, and it all worked fine. He only had four want slots, but he had a lot of skill points and a good job.
worddd... skill points are always a good thing! My guy had no skill points when he moved in. Hes got alot now though. My wife, she actually maxed out every skill! whooooohooo
