does anyone know how to get a collar on the new sims 2 pets game.

 

There are two ways, either you can do it in the create a family bin; or go to a community lot where you have placed the collar stand (or go to one of the lots Maxis made that came with the Pets expansion)

 

And then you have to use the mirror to 'change their appearance' and put the collar on.
