    Does anyone know of any hosts that offer free hosting but with no banners and pop ups.

    you might be able to work something out with coolsimstuff.net

    All they require is a tall ad. No popups.

    www.jaywebdesigns.com is good. the free hosting no longer has unlimited bandwidth as it used to, but for a measely $2 a month you get 200MB of space and unlimited space and any scripting language you can think of.
