Heh Josh. All doctors are saying differently in this matters. But I still recommend that book. Here in Sweden there is a medical proffessor in nutrition that is for it and agrees with this. The question is how much you take and in which form. I recommend fruits and vegetables in the first hand. But much more. Broccoli, carrots, avocados, bananas and kiwi is excellent stuff to eat more off. :classic:
I think moderation in all things is good. So don't eat too much candy OR carrots!! :bunny: :bunny: If you're tired a lot and taking vitamins, you might need to get checked for anemia and take iron pills for suppliments, people who are anemic don't have enough iron in their blood so they get tired all the time and need extra iron to keep up normally. I got tested for anemia a lot when I was tired and fatigued in college but it was something else.
True Fae. Most good mineraltablets in the healthstores also contains iron. You can also get fatigue out of stress.
