House from Practical Magic Has anoyone built the house from practical magic? ive seen one version on the internet but it takes you to a site you cant enter
Oh boy, that is a very beautiful house! I wish I had house-building skills like that...except such a big house would probably make the game lag.
Building such a house (even with all EP's) is not possible without using an awful lot of custom content ... the porch roof slope is different to the rest of the house so it would need to be built with custom made objects, also the tower could not be more than 4 by 4 squares (cannot be odd numbers or the windows can't work and 6 by 6 would be too huge!) at 4 by 4 getting stairs access to the upper levels is problematic even with OFB stages ... so you're reduced to using the unsatisfactor 1 square teleport devices or 2 square ladders from modders (they work but don't look that great in action) I could probably do something like it but I'd loathe it when it was finished because of the all the compromises I'd had to make. Isn't it just easier to make something new? Something that has its own integrity as a design, something of the designer's soul captured in its layout and elevations, something that reflects the ambitions and personalities, not just of the architect, but also of the sims who will live there .... Just my thoughts.
Here's what I do: visit an architecture site that posts its house plans online. Download the plan (don't forget an outside view for reference). Recreate a simpler version of that plan in the sims. For example, eliminate all closets. You can make some really beautiful houses that way, and once you get a feel for it you can create your own. I'd try to make it for you but I've got dialup and can't upload anything bigger than an outfit.
Hello I think that this movie is brilliant. Although it is entertainment, they had a lot of positive messages to the rear. I think that the movie is actually better than the book (rarely), the book has me feeling drained of all the positive energy that should have been. Is it, I dare to dream, that sometimes we all have as much as the movie? I really do not believe that the aunts stole the show. Two women, who spend their lives as they wanted, without outside interference. The courage to be different, not hell. My role models in the next three years. I am so glad that someone had insight to this movie. I think it is almost a hymn for the witches. "Witch, witch, you witch!", Right, and damn proud of it!:smoker:
