very cool party you have there. I've had about 15 people at a party (at a small house), all quite crowded and cozy; nice party. I've had more than that show up at my business. I don't understand how this can happen, when you can't have more than 8 people living in a house. Is it because of maintaining memories and so on?
I see you invited Sandy Bruty, LOL. I once had a sim with 10 grandchildren get married for the second time. His first wife, both daughters, the one daughter's husband and at least 7 or 8 of his grandchildren showed up, plus a couple of "can I bring a friends." And of course him and his new bride. All told I think there were around 14 people. That's probably the biggest party I ever had. I don't have pix because it was B.M.E. (before motherboard earthquake). What was funny about that wedding was every grandchild had grandpa in their thought bubble, X'd out. They were mad at him for "cheating" on grandma, even though they'd never been married and their auntie had a different dad. I like your party room. I never considered putting all those hot tubs in one house. Good planning!
I like that party room, too. The biggest party I had was because I wanted a political fundraiser for a little movie I was attempting to make. Anyway, I used the bookprop cheat to invite the entire neighborhood. The neighborhood wasn't that large at the time but all the townies showed up. I didn't count how many attended. This was before any expansion packs, too. I've added a couple of pictures (snipped from the movie files). The reason for aiming the camera at their feet was my clumsy way of hiding all the thought bubbles. Didn't quite succeed.
Well I had one in the Bewitched and Wicked town with my entire family, I mean my entire self family sims, althought they didn't look much like my real family..
party farty My sims never throw parties. When they do the party doesnt do so well. I dont like having to entertain more than one sim guest at a time.
lynet, what is the bookprop cheat that invites everyone over? i could really do with a cheat like that when i move new people into the neighbourhood, would save a lot of time! glad you all liked the pic
Hi, Caduto -- I explained it here http://forums.worldsims.org/showthread.php?t=5233 I mistyped boolprop as bookprop. Sorry Also, pay close attention to the warnings about babies and toddlers. This was, of course, pre-any EP, too, which may have an effect.

32.. lol, i think this is my maximum, i had to turn down the graphics settings for this. btw, this isnt an actual timed party, im just inviting people over and getting them to stay.
that's hysterical - it looks like a hot tub sales room! I was just playing one of my greek houses last night & saying that they needed another hot tub, but I never imagined so many in one room! You'd better start grilling up those dogs, people are going to start getting hungry!
When I have a big party, I use Inge Jones's Teleporter Painting. I think you can get it here: http://www.nectere.net/smf/index.php?board=31.0 I also had to download a hack from JM Pescado that keeps sims from having a "Had A family Reunion" memory for every related sim they ran into at each party. That one is at www.moreawesomethanyou.com. I like to envite everyone over for birthdays and weddings, and I have lots of extended family in my neighborhood. Pic is of a typical wedding crowd.
