The sims 2 "Real Estate Offices" Help Hello, i was just wondering how you manage a real estate office on the sims2. Because i brought the Landgrabb one and i cant figure out how to sell houses to clients and things please help
Real estate can be sold to other sims by placing deed objects on a lot and marking them for sale. Sims browse the deeds like they do with any other items, but because the deeds are going to be expensive they will take a long time to make the decision to buy, and you will probably need to use a lot of sales techniques to 'help' them make the decision to buy. When they have decided to buy the deed, they go to the cash register to buy it but you must approve the transfer before the deed is finally sold.
