My sims pets uninstall my nightlife Hi i had this problem that everytime i install an expansion i have to restart the computer when the ask me to uptade the sims 2 disk4 and i had my sims pet and i did the same thing but it uninstall completly my night life at least i allready back up that file but what should i do so my pets and night life could be add on sims 2 at the same time
Not sure I understand. Each time you install an EP you need to use the CD of that EP to play the game. For example, I have installed (in the order they were released) University, Nightlife, OFB, and Pets. I use the Pets CD whenever I play the game because it is the latest EP that I have installed. All other data from the earlier EPs (all the families, lots, items, and so forth) are all still there even though I'm using the Pets CD. I don't ever try to use the earlier EP CDs to play the game. After restarting the computer it should not be asking you for the original game CD unless the installation of the EP crashed. But maybe I misunderstood your problem.
still the same thing like example im about to go on my neigberhood and they say that i had unninstall nightlife what the hell? i dont know what should i do?my sims are not completly instaled be cause an error of updating
It sounds like you might need to uninstall your game and start over. Move your neighborhoods folder to another part of your hard drive and uninstall the EPs in the order you installed them, then try reinstalling, in this order (skip any you don't have Base game, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets. That should work. Once you have everything installed you will play the game from the disk for the latest EP. In my case, because I have them all, I play from the Pets disk. Move your neighborhoods folder back after you've verified that the game is running OK.
