A BIG Problem... Please help! =o(

    Hello there.

I am an avid Simmer. ;o) I have a big problem as well. Last February I bought a new notebook just for my Sims2. Well- last night my game would not save. The hourglass tipped for nearly 15 minutes. I restarted, lost everything and tried to save again. Same thing happened. I tried a new family and the game would not stop loading to open that family's house. I restarted my computer. I then could not get the game to load a different neighborhood. What could have happened?! How do I fix it??
    It really sucks!!

    HELP!

    Miserable and Sim-less,

    ~Alisha

to check wheter or not your system meets the requirements

    click start
    the run
    then type dxdiag
    and press ok ^^

if you want you can get nme the diag report and i can tell you if your system meets teh requirements
To get this, simply click on Start, Run, and type in dxdiag, press enter. When it comes up, look in the lower right corner for a button labled "Save All Information..." and click it. This will gather your system's hardware profile and current driver information and save them to a .txt file (no sensitive, personal information will be in this text file). Save this file to your desktop.
