Sims can't 'try for a baby' Well.....this occured quite recently.... to put it simply, my sims can't try for a baby! i have some little hacks installed... but I don't think it matters, because someone hs already told me that it would not cause anything, there must be a problem somewhere else. oh, and also, i also tried getting my sims pregnent by using the cheat testingcheatsenabled.... but it dosent seem like it's working... someone, please help?
FYI, we can't discuss Inteem on this site as it violates the teen rating of the game. Your sims need to be in love to try for baby, and there has to be a "slot" available (that is, 7 or fewer sims on the lot). Other than that, it might be hack interference.
I don't think the pets would be a problem. They're a separate branch of the family. The only reasons I know of for woohoo for baby not being an option are those that SBW mentioned and also: The sim female is too close to an age transition (within 3 or 4 days.) yeah. well I had both female and the male sim to drink the elixer of life when they aged to about 3 or 2 days before their age transition into an elder. but now the have about 17 days or so until their age transition. When I first started playing the family, I had them try for a baby, and the female sim gave birth to two twin girls (one of them dies from satellite crash...jgSKFLaglhig) ...but now, the option is just not available. While they are relaxing, the 'cuddle' 'kiss' and the 'woohoo' option is available, but.....
I'm stumped. Maybe someone else has an idea. The only time that's happened to my sims is when the female was already pregnant and I just didn't know it yet. You might try dragging your downloads folder out to the desktop, just in case there is a hack in the folder that's causing a conflict. Then drag the folder back later after you've tested to see if the Try For Baby Want has reappeared. If the option reappears while the folder is removed, then you know it's something in the folder that's a problem, and you'll need to test the downloads. You could also go to another household to see if the option is missing there as well. Maybe you've already done that.
How many sims and pets are living in the house? The max per house with pets is 10; with no more than 8 sims and no more than 6 pets. So if you have the max of 6 pets you can only have 4 sims in that household.
i have 3 sims in the household, and 5 pets. so maybe.... that could be it...? i used to have 6 pets, but i gave him away for adoption.
maybe you already have the maximum amount of people in your house 8 is the limit if you have 8 sims in your house then your sim wont be able to get pregnant
