Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Year 7) On Sale NOW!!!!

Heh, I assume you're a teeny lil bit excited by that announcement?

I have only read the first book and half of the second book in the series. Seen the movies though, heh.

Edit: BTW, you might wanna edit the date in your post. It's due on the 21st July, not the 25th. Mwuah.

It would be cool - and upsetting - if Harry died. It wouldn't be the classic Good vs. Evil = Good wins. I'd get slightly amazed if JK Rowling kills Harry off in the end - man, she's going to get a lot of hate mail if that happens.

 

I think he'll die. Rowling has said before the character that is killed off would make it hard for people to continue the series after she dies.

 

I saw it on sale at Amazon.com, Josh. If I had 17.99. . . .

I told my Hubby I was going to dress up our little ones as Harry and Hermionie and take them to a Midnight Sale at Books A Million if they were doing that. Hubby thinks I'm nuts. LOL (My little ones are 7 and 3, they usually are fast asleep by them. Mommy's the excited one, not them)

The movie is coming out within a week of the Book. I am very excited, because OOTP is one of my favorite books in the series--can't wait to see what they do with it.

 

I've got mine on order at Amazon! Should arrive the morning of the release! I will then have to spend the next two days reading it, so that no one spoils the ending for me (like they did for The Sixth Sense!). I suspect that WorldSims might be a bit quiet immediately after the release!

In the meantime, one of our local theatres is having a Harry Potter Marathon a week from Sunday - 11am to 11pm - all FOUR of the currently released movies! SBW and I are thinking we might give it a go...She'd bring Witchbaby, and I'd bring my 12 year old Nephew. Not sure I'll be able to make the whole thing, though...That's a LOT of sitting in one place!

 

I'll be out of the country when this is released, but hmm...maybe I could get a Canadian/British version?
