the ticket system you told me how much you like the ticket system... will you be using it? and the Knowledge Base? I can post some thing for the Knowledge Base.. like Q: Why doesn't the counter work? A: It has never worked, for nobody (they say so at psoft forum)
We're using the ticket system, but may not be using the knowledge base unless there's some way I can make it accessible outside of the CP. Otherwise, the folks without control panel access can't use it. Emails to support@simgames.net go into the trouble ticket database. I'm trying to figure out how to add accounts that can access the trouble tickets without being able to modify the administrative settings for the site. I managed to do it, but the account I created could change its permissions to be an account that could do anything it wanted... :roll:
I still know that there is a special account for that. *going to H-Sphere demo to know for sure* there is a 'tech support admin' account, which can change the tickets.. there is also a 'tech support' account, which can only help people. H-Sphere is a bit strange.. you can only set plan permissions, not user permissions
