How to get animals to improve relationships I have two cute pugs living with a family, a girl and a boy. They moved in at different times, and they hate each other. Several of my Sims have good relationships with both of them, but the dogs refuse to "try for puppies." What can I do to encourage them to like each other?
First, for the "Try For Puppies" option to come up, you have to have a dog house. Don't know if you meant it wouldn't show up or they just won't do it. You'll have to cheat if you really want them to be friends. Bring up the cheat box (Ctrl Shift C). type in boolprop ControlPets on and hit Enter. You can now make your Sim pets do things as you would with a human Sim--in other words, if their icon is highlighted, you can click on the foodbowl, the bed, etc. and options will show up. Click on the pet you want them to be friends with and options will come up, choose "Play" and keep doing that to get their relationship up. If you want to be able to cancel their actions, bring up the cheat box again and type boolprop petactioncancel true To get both those off, for the first one change the "on" to "off" and the second one from "true" to "false". once they have learnt to not growl at other sims the owner can command them to play with the other dog
