    I can't install Bon Voyage!

 I own the base game, Night Life, University, OFB, Pets, Seasons, and I recently bought Bon
    Voyage.
I installed Bon Voyage and it worked fine for 2-3 days.(Although very slow starting up, I assume
this is just my clogged up computer) After this, when I started it up, it said that I didn't own the
base game or that some files were corrupt. I tried it once more and instead, this time is advised
me to reinstall Bon Voyage. I uninstalled it, and today I tried to reinstall it but nothing happened
as I entered the disk. I tried getting the disk to AutoPlay, and nothing happened. I tried exploring
the disk as well, but clicking on EA AutoRun did nothing. Is my disk corrupt or am I doing some
    thing wrong.
    Thanks in advance!!

Are you stopping back ground tasks like anti virus ans anti spy ware.
    especially during install?

If MSN is running while you install, weird stuff can happen as well.

My advice to you would be to start your computer again and clean your Bon Voyage CD. If that doesn't work then click here and follow EA's instructions. They seem similar to what you've been doing though.

You can also search for an answer at their support site (just follow the link) if everything else fails.

Definitely sounds like a corrupted file. I would suggest that you performa full reinstallation.

First make sure you have all the discs and codes!

Next make sure you have a back up of your saved games folder

    Then uninstall the game.

Then manually check the game has been utterly eradicated. (see here)

Make sure you defrag your hard drive before continuing.

    Now reinstall.

DON'T try to patch the base game before installing University.

DO download the latest patch for each of the expansions and run them in reverse order. (You will be asked for game discs so have them handy). Some will report your game is already up to date, but it is worth checking anyway.
