the sims 2 screen hi. merry christmas! my little sister got the sims 2 deluxe for the holidays, and it installs and loads fine, but when the neighborhood screen comes up, the screen turns an opaque gray. these are my graphics properties: intel(r) 82845G/GL graphics controller video BIOS version 2678 current graphics mode is 1024 by 768 true color (60 hz) processor speed: 2532 mhz processor: x86 i'm not very computer tech savvy so i'm not sure if you all would need more information from me. should i update something? do you need any additional information from me? please don't hesitate to let me know. thanks in advance!
It looks like you are using on-board graphics. I would recommend picking up a graphics card as you'll need one for the game.
