UGH!~ It is not working still.. but it made progress to 8% installed and then it showes me error in the transfer file for the objects03 package.. I tried Eye glass cleaner to clean the CD, Rubbing alcohol and washing it with soap and water. Nothing seems to me helping. I already tried to manually install my game and it still does not work. Any ideas?
Josh is right it could well be defective! I would be careful using anything with any kind of chemicals in it that might damage it. Personally i use something like liquid hand soap and you want to make sure you wipe the disk from the center out and not in a circular motion. How long have you had the disk? I would definitely try taking it back .
