no directx 9.0c compatible graphic adapter?? help??? ok ive had sims 2 for probably over 3 years now. ive gone through many computers....... but I just got this computer to go on the internet and so that the sound card works....the whole 9 yards. but i loaded just the plain old sims 2 ,to see if it will work, and it has the lil pop up that it cant find a directx 9.0c compatible adapter....i've fixed this before but i dont remember how.....and im totally lost. i saw some ppl have put up some information about there computer but idk how to find that..... i think i might know wat it is but im not sure. so someone....ANYONE pleasehelp me figure it out. wat am i suppose to put up so that you know wat to help me with???? or just anthing will help....... please.
Could you please post a dxdiag of your sytem so we'll know what all the bells and whistles are. Click the start button and right above that is the run option. Click the save all info button and save it to your desktop. When it's done zip it up or copy it to your reply please.
i think i got the game to work now, thanks. just but in a new video card into the motherboard. you know the lil thing the monitor plugs into... but now idk...well ive never played sims online....wats the difference??? or is there a difference???? and how do you do it, is it the little button that kinda looks like a star[in a way....] anyone???? please and thanks!
sims2 directx compatible help needed hey i installed sims2 3 days ago and it was working perfect but i had to format my pc and after i did that i installed sims2 but it kept giving me that no compatible directx 9.0c was found iam confused i downloaded all the directx and still gives the same messege plz help me i have a laptop acer travelmate 2410 the graphics card is intel thnx
