Well, I love fried yams but not the kind that you make for thanksgiving...for some reason. Well almost half of them were children of my aunts and uncles.
Maybe because they are so special it's like eating a deep fried twinkie? You simply don't want to share?
Mm, I think it's because your supposed to boil them then mash them like mashed potatoes that It's not as tasty for me. I prefer the thinly sliced fried yams.
