Just wanted to hop on in and say hullo to a fellow Newbie...especially since I've enjoyed all the people that have dropped by to say hello to me! I especially wanted to welcome you when I heard you were from Holland as my dad was there for your liberation in 1946 and always had warm memories of your people and said driving that truck down the street, with all the Dutch waving and cheering the Canadians, was a happy memory...I felt bad he was unable to make the trip back for the fiftieth anniversary but remember his fond memories of your country...In fact I keep some ceramic dutch shoes, etc. in my kitchen that friends brought back for me when they were posted in Europe, for that reason!
