Hi, it's nice to meet you! I hope you've had fun keeping up with all the screenshots and movies and reviews and articles on sims 2 lately! Every time I think I'm caught up something happens to keep me away from the computer a while and then I have a TON of catching up to do!
lol my dad thinks im like way sim crazy i check ever info i can find on TS2 every day but when it comes out my dad is buying it for me he buys me all the sims games lol and im almost 17
My mother did buy me ONE expansion pack for the sims for my birthday one year... I forget which one... and it was funny because my hubby had been planning to get that for my birthday and he had to come up with another gift plan for me! Hahaha! I'm glad they didn't fight over who gets to buy me sims games for gifts! I'm hinting to my hubby that I might like a LATE birthday gift this coming year... my birthday is in January but sims 2 won't be out yet!
Meh, try looking at the big picture people. At 17 you could easily get a minimum wage part-time job and afford more than just a $50 game, since you still dont have to pay for rent or anything. I'd rather save all of my "gift opportunities" for bigger things like a car, for example, or for emergency spendings like trips I couldnt possibly afford. I've still got the gift from LAST Christmas saved up.
