lol *shakes head* I was afraid of this... So THAT'S why it didn't work! Yes, you are, indeed, typing it wrong. Look, what you do, Flameangel, is type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true". Then, you right-click (or shift-click, I'm not sure exactly which) on the pregnant Sim, click the 'More' option at the top if the option you want is not there...and then somewhere in the second menu should be the option "Speed Up My Pregnancy" (without the quotation marks, of course) and it'll work. I only put the ">speedupmypregnancy" to show it was connected to the boolprop cheat. :classic:
darn I typed it correctly this time did both clicks. Did shift click and there was many things NEVER SEEN BEFORE didn't know what any of 'em did. Anyway clicked more and all it said was dump happy log and debug what?! why didn't it work?!
Flamey there is a long list of instructions at the website link that was given above. Any modification carries some risk of problems. The game is large and complex and no-one can foresee all possible problems. TS2 is just a game ... a way to enjoy yourself. One aspect of the game is that sims die and sims have babies ... sometimes when you want, sometimes when you don't. Like it says on the bumper stickers ... S**t happens. I had a family with two alien boys (same dad!) thanks to two consecutive abductions within sim minutes of starting to stargaze. I have wished many times since that I had not saved the game in that condition and I even hoped they would just die off. But hey, I'm living with it. Meanwhile, yeah I have used the testingcheatsenabled cheat to rescue some mistakes that I have made. I have also used a motherlode to replace a family's lost 50 grand nest egg after a bad chance card decision. It's no big deal. Just make a decision and have fun with it. OK?
I don't know what "Dump Happy Log" is, never tried it. Maybe you have to type in the cheat, shift-click, and go to the "Spawn" menu. Then go down to "The Tombstone of L and D". Click that, click on the tombstone, and the option should be somewhere on there.
I haven't noticed my game being skewed unless it's skewed towards boys. The only sets of twins so far have been twin boys, Taveon and Tiberius Wyndham, Norax and Nigel Idreos. My first generation of babies were split evenly down the middle 4 boys and 4 girls. In my current second generation I have 1 girl, Cornelia Yimaz, and 4 boys, Shandon Wyndham, Myles Neuner, Kaneo Neuner, and Dax Corbulo, with three current pregnancies pending.
Ok, thanx. I have had 4 sets of twins in the same family before! It's fun seeing the parents struggle lol. 10 kids total i dunno how it was managed .lol.
