Need help with creating sims! So, I've been cruising around, looking for things to download(my brother just showed me how to download things for TS2 a couple of weeks ago, and already my folder is overflowing with stuff! I've become addicted ), and I've seen many pictures of sims people have created. One things I have to say is: HOW DO YOU MAKE SUCH BEAUTIFUL SIMS?! Like, for example, I have been looking at peggysims, and many of the models the creators use for their objects are so wonderful looking, and realistic. I really can't see how they make it that way. The things that bothers me the most is making mouths. I LOVE the lipgloss they have over there, but the way my sims' mouths look, well, it doesn't do them justice. I want to make it so their mouths have lips that are small, but the actual mouth is bigger. I'll try to illustrate it with some crappy ASCII: __/\/\__ __\__/ Can you imagine it? That's how I want the mouths to look like, since I believe that that way would look best with lip gloss. Unfortunately, I have not found any modifiers in Body Shop that change the lips so that they look like that. I need help from some experienced sim-creators! And if anybody else has any great tips for creating sims in Body Shop or CAS, please feel free to post! Thanks in advance.
Actually the mouth modifier does allow you to make those changes. play around with all of them and you'll see what I mean. ie. wide mouth vs small, lip thickness, and pout vs smile. it's all in there. The only one I haven't figured out is how to create the "asian" eyelid.
Hmm...ok. Well, I think, if you want the asian eyelid, you can pick the face that looks asian, and then modify everything else into whatever you want. The premade asian face is very chubby, though, so I haven't used it yet...
I make that mouth all the time. I use the 1st mouth in the on the list of the basic designs. Then I go into modifiers and make it smaller then pout it up. It works great!!! I'm thinking of one sim in particular that has that mouth. Next time I play I'll get a close-up of her and show you.
Yeah personally when I make a face I usually preset it to one of the created faces then modify it the way I like, because I really hate the random one they give you with the cheeks the size of Mount Everest. LoL
You may need to play with that too! I always make sims who resemble me. And believe me all my sims have chinky eyes.
I make Asian Sims all the time. I like to have a diverse neighborhood. To do the eyes, I take any premade Sim then change the eyes to the smallest size setting and then use the "wider/shorter" slider to make them wider. I then turn them up slightly at the end. Voila! I try to make their noses a little flatter too. Hope that helps.
