Also voted excellent. I Must say that for myself not being a Star Wars fan that movie was pretty entertaining and it really helped me to understand some of the "back-bone" to the original three (Episodes IV-VI). I'm kind of wishing that I had went to see Episodes I and II in the theater now.
I'm even more confused cos I remember when George Lucas was promising that there were to be 3 trilogies so I refuse to watch #3 until I hear that 7, 8 & 9 are planned. Let's see, Carrie Fisher has married Harrison Ford and they had a baby boy whom they called Obi Wan Solo. Meanwhile Luke has married Chewbacca (who turned out to be a beautiful princess made into a hairy beast by an evil curse cast on her by Pizza the Hut). They had a baby girl they called Anna Kin Skywalker ... Hmmm .... I think I'll need 33 episodes to sort this out instead of only 3! I'll get back to ya, 'kay?
Too long Slow moving in general. I dragged my husband along and he kept looking at his watch. So did my daughter. We also agreed that the robots were being too cute during the battle scenes. But spectacular settings and action, whenever the action got going. Overall, much, much better than I and II.
Man i HATED 4,5,6 star wars. Was do i have to watch them 1 and 2 but 3 i LOVE IT and now that i have watched them all i'm planning on watching all 6 of them in one hit. First 2 at home, then movies and the other 3. Out of all the movies number has just drawn me in.I no longer dread when i hear the word lets watch star wars anymore.
