outfits How do you make your own outfits? I see that many peoplae make their own ad i want to do that to.Sorry i have so many questions but i just got the game not too many days ago. I have one more question...what haooened to some people in the game.My sims bring people home from school and work almost all the time.Then when my sims is almost an adult,i try and go on the other game and make the other person an adult also,but i can never find them. Making clothes is an artform in itself. You have to have the right program, have to have lots of patience and lots of skill. I know there are lots of tutorials. Look on the forums here under Design, look at the official BBS, look at www.modthesims2.com in the forums, also. "Townies" are these obnoxious creatures that you are referring to. They are sims that the game generates to befriend your sims. There are child townies that seem to be orphans caught in a timewarp: they will continuously follow your sims children home from school, stay all day, eat your food, annoy your sims. Then they'll keep calling your adult sim who they probably never really shared a conversation with. They do not grow up. They do not have a home that you can play. Then there are the teen sims, who until Uni were the same way. But now you can "grow" them up and play them. When you go into your University "Neighborhood" screen, go into "students" and then "select students from the neighborhood." You'll see a listing of all the teenaged sims, including the townies. Just click on them to bring them into the household, and they will be playable.
oh thats cool.Thank you.But these townies never befriend my sims and they always bcome friends and then pretty oon they become lovers!Oh ya one more thing...the car thing didn't work becuase the person is still able to drive away after.
