Once I download something, how do I get them things into the game ?

I heard that you just double click on the file and it would be sent to the game, wherever the downlad file is.

Thanks, Ill try it. I did click on one before, and it brought up this winzip thing, and I didn't know what to do so I closed it off...

I just did the weird winzip thing, and then went into the game and it wasn't in the category that the item was....
