Troubleshooting missing icons

missing icons

while playing the game i noticed not long ago that we no longer have an icon or picture representing memories. also sometimes we cannot see the picture that should appear on wants or fears, it is just blank. and sometimes also when they are told to perform a task there is also no picture. does anyone know what might help this problem?

I have this problem too, and would love to know a solution (if there is one).

 

I also have just recently had this problem please someone in the know reply.

Yes, it can be fixed! Don't do what I did the 1st time this happened and just do a complete clean reinstall! And from now on, stay away from the remote control car! That's the cause of it!!!

 

Really? I play with the remote car all the time and it hasn't happened to me. Although sometimes my custom made sim's picture sometimes disappears. Naughty, naughty car!! Somehow a remote controlled toy is controlling the game!

 

Yippee! This problem just started with me last night. I was just thinking of a complete uninstall/reinstall. I'll try this when I get home. Thanks!!
