Ok so I used the loner charicter in strangetown and I had y aricter fall in love with err I forget the name but anyway turns out she was married to pollunation tech #9 so I spent some not so hard earned cash to make a mansion but then i made a hidden room and traped pollunation in there ( Later I found out this messed up a house story but I dont care ) so now he died and my wife got married then later with a different family I had a flamingo and i cath a neighbor kicking it so I trap her in a small room and now she is dead am I abusing this power becuase soon I may end up with like 3 familys left ALIVE .

It's true. There are reasons for the rules of grammar. I'd like to read more about your adventures in Strangetown but it's difficult to understand what has happened. I think you are eliminating your sims one by one. Is that because you don't like the townies and NPCs?

Reign: Sweetie, your writing reminds me very much of my son, who's the same age as you are. He doesn't go onto message boards because he has a lot of trouble with reading, writing and grammar. He has me do all his typing and ask all his questions, and read his assignments to him so he can do his work verbally. He's a Freshman in HS, will be 15 next month. So, I'm not going to jump all over your writing because you could very well be like my son, and at least you are trying to practice your written communication skills. If you do not, however, have a learning disability, then your English Teachers need to re-check their certification. LOL Anyway, I did follow your post. And I will tell you that, no, you are not abusing your power as "Sim Lord." We all do it. We run their little lives in a Godlike frenzy, we use cheats and hacks to make their lives easier, or, to make their lives a little more "interesting." It's all for our entertainment and enjoyment. You (or your parents) paid the $40 to purchase the game, and the $30 for the EPs. It's yours, do what you will to your Simmies, and try not to feel guilty.
Yes, let's all lighten up a little. Poor kid will probably never post again. And reignofevil, if you were just trying to be "cool" or whatever, just remember, periods are your friends. You're more likely to get a conversation going in the direction you wanted it to if you remember to at least attempt to use correct grammar, as I think this thread demonstrates.
Sorry about that I was tired and my keyboard is getting worse and worse first it was the question mark now buttions stick and my comma is not working I will be getting a new one this week . What I was going say is that I was that I made a charicter and he fell in love with a married woman . Then he asked her to move in and it turns out she was married to somone and had a child . Well I as ok with the child as it was about to be teen anyway but then it turns out she was married to pollination tech # 9 a sim that I had learned to HATE becuase well he had a bad attutude to my sim and once insulted him and went home . I had had my sim suck most of his skillpoints with the simvac so then he hated me more and we kept this going for a while . Mranwhile I was also putting the finishing touches on Loner Mansion adding rooms and carpeting and the such . Until that is I saw him kissing my wife right in front of my sim . I knew I had to kill him so I made an extra room in my mansion and well got the job done . I told you that story so I could tell you this I was playing my neighbors house ( Next to loner mansion ) and somone came by and kicked a flamingo in my yard so later I invited her over and she well I keep her urn . So my question is am I abusing my power to kill at any time to anyone .
Heh, well, although I try not to kill sims spontaneously anymore, I used to have one house with at least ten gravestones all over the place, and my sim would practically die everynight from all the scares he got. No, I don't think you're abusing your "power". Sims is all about doing what you want--either making prosperous little sims families, or, what I do, ruining their lives and driving them into aspiration failure (just love those little animations with the flour sacks and soccer balls).
Yeah, it's just a fun game. Nobody's going to come and arrest you just because you're a serial Sim-murderer In fact, the way I see it, games are increasingly encouraging us to choose how we want to play i.e. be good or evil. For example, we have the Black and White games, The Sims 2, and also Shadow the Hedgehog on console. So I wouldn't feel guilty, as chances are, millions of people are doing the same!
