well this is a nutural thing i'm afraid....usually caused by an old pc or an older hard disk or exception periods of hard disk activation...etc...
gosh if you don't know that then i suggest you take computer courses....it is important knowledge that you need to use a computer sucessfully.
not meening to be rude but....if you took a minute to look at the way the sims folder system works you could figure all this out.
