A group of questions from a unofficial newbie *prepares her speech* Hello all simmers. I just got Sims 2 without any EPs (yes, without, but i'm looking for University and Nightlife). I just made two families in Veronaville (sp?) and Strangetown. But i've seen many new houses and animations in some screenshots. Is there something like mods for Sims? (lol, the only mods i know about are for TESIV Oblivion). Second, how can you build mods/houses? I've tried to buy new land and make walls or something with the build tool - but it doesn't work! I've tried many times and ways, but none works. counting the ways i've haven't tried is more easy than the opossite. And, finally, the most important question - how to and how easy is to fall in love with other sims? Are they "love from the first sight" like any normal other games and stories? All in know is to make them chat, share interests - when i try to hug or kiss them, they (naturally) reject and there's red symbols above their heads. How can i make a party? ~sorry to burden you with so many questions. maybe i'm a simple noob ~~i think maybie some of my problems are because i didn't buy the game in a shop, i downloaded it from internet. Don't sue!
Aurelia, I have to ask. Is this a legal copy of the game? Generally, the build function doesn't work for illegal copies. It's because you really need the discs. I apologize if I'm wrong. This site doesn't support illegal copies.
First of all - like Lynet said - this site doesn't support illegal copies of the game. I suggest that you buy the proper game like everybody else (i.e in a real shop with real money). When you've bought yourself the real game, I'll be more than happy to help you out with ya problemos. :classic:
Maybe he downloaded the ISO's of the game and used daemon tools to play it LOL. Go get the game from best buy, it's only like $30 XD

if u wanted the game cheap you could get it from ebay. my friend is currently downloading the game from the internet but im trying to convince her to buy it properly for many reasons. too many to list!
i bought the sims 2 when it first came out, wow, 70$ just came outta my pocket.. ****.. that was expensive....... =__=;;; sigh-- with so many expansions just waiting to come out, i couldn't afford to buy so many expansion packs as how i did with sims 1-- (I literately bought all of hte expansion packs, except magic) i mean, u could have bought it from sims2.com website digitally, and just downloaded from them, cuz ya wuz too lazy to walk outta the store and buy it yerself there-- and online shopping is more frequent than ever. (I hate retail shopping...) ... then again, ebay seems pretty nifty ... it's like cheap.. and stuff... XD well, i wonder, does borrowing from a friend counts? and then using a noCD hack to play on it? cuz they dun likle popping in the CD every time to play it-- cuz ya gotz 100 other games to play >_>;; and perhaps giving it back to a friend who lends it to someone else! LOL loool-- it's still a real CD/DVD some peeps likes using the most cheap and efficient ways of getting to things LMfao XD
