   when you have a baby can you decide it's aspiration? or is it at random?

   Cyricc Goblin Techies

   The game prompts you to choose an aspiration upon the Sim reaching Teen stage. Prior to that, their aspiration is simply "Grow Up," which encompasses a fairly wide range of Wants/Fears.
