Blue Lots Not Building all of my houses are being built and i have a whole city. 1 problem is that the blue lots are never built. help plz???
The same/similar thing happens to my cities as well. I find that you need to have the Commerical lots in a high-traffic, and/or desireable area, with easy access from the Residential areas for them to flurish. It also doesn't hurt to spend a little in your budget to help the Commercial developments.

Hi You usually have to put them close to your resedential areas and make sure there is no pollluting industries near by(GOOD LUCK!D
Usually, your towns will start with industrial jobs, then will slowly change to commercial jobs. My advice: zone for more houses. Also, don't forget to join Simtropolis as well!
