cheap/free web design services ok. ive been looking around FOREVER for some good web design services and the cheapest i could find is usually around $500 IF im lucky. im just wondering if anyone has found cheaper? ive got about $30 instantly available although i do have about another $100 hidden away (it will take 4 days to a week depending on the bank for it to get to my paypal account. once there i can pay by CC if needed). reason i ask is that my "baby", PokeRadio desperately needs a new design on the site. while the current design is nice and i got it for free off of a buddy (which i thank him for. got me off phpnuke for good), i think after being online for 3-4 years, it deserves a somewhat professional design.
