Dangit mkayy so you know those nifty sites where you can download junk like hair clothes objects and all that jazz.. well except not.. i can't seem to figure out why it won't work.. the only site that works is the actual sims2.com site buttttt that's pretty much it. is there a certain way you go about downloading that stuff that i somewhat missed? thanks a ton for the help guys.. i'm glad i'm here. --ashley
Also, too, as well ... you might consider one of the third party content installers such as clean installer (pros: versatile, allows sorting & review of installed content - cons: needs additional installed conent -- Microsoft .NET Framework -- to run) or q-xpress (pros: automatically decompresses zip/rar files and plops them in downloads - cons: doesn't discriminate or check that meshes are available) NOTE: my review of the above programs is empirical and not intended to be authorative - both are projects in constant development and show be redownloaded regularly to take take advantage of the constant upgrades in performance and functionality.
