    Death Takes a Holiday

For the first time, everyone in one of my households died. (Yes, it was another of my pathetic attempts to win the Asylum challenge.) Each of the members died of old age, one by one, and when the last one reluctantly disappeared, Death walked over to the television, sat down, and enjoyed a nice evening watching a show.

Is this typical?! I just love Death. He's so debonair.

I had that when the last of my asylum challenge Sims died. Grimmy helped himself to the liquor.

I hate it when he uses the bathroom, poor maid has to work overtime lol!

First time I saw the Grim Reaper make himself at home I cracked up.

do you suppose anyone has enough influence that they could get grimmy to clean house?

I'm guessing no. I expect he's a bit like the Crumplebottom.

    Only more pleasant.

    ROTFL...that's great.

For everyone's enjoyment I killed off a couple of premade sims from Bluewater village just cause I liked the houses but didn't want to play the families...here are some pictures of Grimmy's visits!

Try having the only sim in a house die off. You'll get to read Death's biography and he'll use your house in some way.

I'm jealous, Shana. I've never had Grim sit on the sofa and chat. Is there something special you need to do to have that happen?

Was the other guy a visitor, maybe, who happened to be around when Grimmy showed up?

Yes, I'd like to know, too. Very funny pictures. :D

Yep, he was visiting when the poor guy died of flies I believe. Grimmy went to watch TV and he joined in.

Edit: Oh, and I should mention that I also had him selectable through the use of insiminator, but I didn't tell him to go watch TV with Grimmy. He did that on his own.

What a challenge is is a premise and a set of rules. People make them up to add interest to the game. I made a mini-challenge, for example, in which you had to have a teenager raise their toddler sibling after the parents either die or move out, without having it taken away before it reaches teen. Extra points for A+ report cards, scholarships, etc.

The most popular is the Legacy challenge, which you can probably find by using Google and typing Sims 2 Legacy.

The Asylum challenge is also popular. I started one but got bored with it. You can find more info by doing a search on this site.

    Hope that helps.
