Duplicate Sims For some reason, when i moved out, it left a duplicate of my sim behind so now I have two of the same sims Any ideas on how to get rid of the undesired one? I wanna know if there is a quick delete code or something cuz i cant really think of a way of having it die naturally without having family reprecussions and that whole graveyard thing...
I'm like Mirelly I'm not exactly following you. How do you know that you have a duplicate sim? Have you gone into both houses to make sure that sim is in each house? The reason I ask is because sometimes when I've moved a sim out or they died they would still be in the family photo that comes up with each house. Then when I would click on that house to actually play it they would not really be there. It's like that family picture doesn't get refreshed after that person leaves or dies until you go in and play the lot again. Now of course if you've played both lots and are sure the same sim exists on both lots that's a different story. Just a little clarification would help. Ruth
I started a custom neighborhood with its own story and everything. So i decided to put a custom sim as the charecters into it. I made him in body shop than moved him into a house whithout first checking it out. After deciding it wasnt gonna work with the sim, the plans i had for him, storyline, etc, i move him out immediately (probly like 30 seconds later) move him into new house not too far away that fit things well. And when it comes time for the neighbors to greet the new guy, guess who one of the visitors is? my duplicate

OH WOW that's freaky! Have you gone back and played the first house yet? I would just to see if the game still has him living there or not. It may just be that it hiccupped but now realizes that he's moved to the other house. Ruth
I've had it happen where you're talking to John Smith on the phone and look outside and there's ole John Smith walking down the sidewalk. It would be one think if John had a cell phone and was talking as he walked by but you know he doesn't. Ruth
