Please do contact me via the support desk if there's an issue like down services. I still look at all tickets. For the record, this issue was NOT related in anyway to the schedule upgrades that will be occuring on August 5th. Some other upgrades were performed that caused problems with our FTP configurations. This issue has been resolved and everyone should be able to login normally whether by FTP or WebShell.</div>
