To change the clothes on a pregnant Sim, you need to have a mod. I don't remember where I saw it. It's either at MTS2, Variousimmers or More Awesome Than You. PS. It's easier to get help if you don't just say "help" in the title. Something like "need help in changing maternity clothes" or something descriptive like that.
