Hi there. Umm, we cannot promise you anything, but if you post the problems that are happening along with your system specs, we will try to see what we can do :)

    Thanks Jud

Basically, my problem is nothing new to you guys. Red screen, crappy graphics card. I downloaded double deluxe from the EA site, using the EA manager, I didn't get a disk. I tried updating my driver, got an error there, tried installing active x, i'm not even sure if that worked. I bought this game 3 months ago and still can't play it. I'm in the process of trying to get another computer, but it's just frustrating to know I can't play this game yet. Also, the site didn't say anything about graphics card from what I remember, if I had known it wouldn't work, obviously I wouldn't have bought the game. I would try to uninstall the expansion packs, but I'm worried if I do, because I don't have a CD, that the download manager won't allow me to download the game again. I think I have my activation code somewhere, but that won't help me if I can't re-download everything. Another thing, I'm using XP right now, but when I get a new computer it will be Vista, anyway to transfer it over from my current computer to the new one without anything going sour? Is it as easy as save to disk and transfer?
