HomoGenius Smartmilk? Yeah, I'm probably the millionth person to ask this, but I've noticed that my children sims who drink smartmilk after the affect has worn off and they're in their child-teen years gain skills at the rate as if they were using a career reward object. (i've fed a single sim child with all 5 smart milks without failure).
This can, indeed, happen. It's not strictly reliable and may be a bug, but feeding a toddler a smart milk can result in the learning bonus "sticking" until he is deleted/reinstanced, either as part of going to a community lot (the bonus will not be present on the community lot, but will reappear when he returns home), or because you deleted him for some reason, causing him to respawn by the mailbox on lot reload (erases bonus permanently). The bonus is +200%, which is equivalent to stacking a TC on top of a career award, and can be stacked with the career reward bonus, but wearing a thinking cap will permanently erase the effect.
Wow, cool. That has yet to happen to me, though I did have a toddler who glowed until she turned into a child ... thought I was going to have a groovy blue glowy sim, but no such luck.
Oh, I've had that happen to me and never thought much of it, I just though it was a smart sim kid.....
