    How do I (not lose everything i've done) New Hard drive

    I got a new hard drive for xmas and i do not want to lose all my custom content and sims i have created when i switch everything over to the new HDD. So tell me what i need to do here.

    I have Sims 2 original and Pets.

    You need to create a backup of your Sims2 folder under My Documents. It's described really nicely in a thread here.
