   In the Space Phase.....
   
   In the Space Phase:
   
   Say I see a moon and theres no life on it, after I terraform it and create good living conditions for creatures will, (1) Life start without me making any creatures on it, (2) Do I have to make creatures on it and If so (2.a)
   will I start out in the cell phase all over again?
