Inviting Sim Disappears When I Get to Lot OK, this has happened more than once and it's a little aggravating. Sim 1 calls my currently active sim and says, hey wanna go on a date/outing, active sim says yes. Active sim gets to lot, inviting sim walks off. No actions allowed. End of date. Not end of outing if others are there too, but still ... kind of weird. Is this a bug or just a glitch? It doesn't happen every time, and usually at night. Does it happen if you're out too late? My sims tend to be night owls. Just wondering, thanks.
I've had this happen on dates on campus lots, when a student invites another student on a date. Only once has it happened to me on a downtown lot, when one of my sims asked the gypsy for a blind date. He fell out of the sky and walked off the lot. $5000 wasted on that one. Not sure why it happens for dates, but maybe on outings it could be because the amount of sims in the outing is more that what is "allowed"? This happens to me a lot and it is always large outings. Kind of annoying that the sim that invited you leaves though.
I had that happen to me as well, only the one time. That did suck. I just used the kaching cheat to add $5000.00 back to their pool of money since it didn't work.
