    It's been a month and...?

My sub-domain plan got accepted by Kevin over a month ago. I've been waiting paitentely for the past month, but so far no sign of an account created for me... :?:

I've read the other threads and they said two weeks is about the longest, and that's how long it took to be approved. Now, a month later, my account still needs to be set up. I don't mean to whine or anything, but 1 month is kinda long, donchathink? :?

Our signup support in H-Sphere has been problematic due to the beta. That coupled with my own schedule has made it difficult to get things done.

I have about 60 emails collected to process (a mix applications and account setup info), and I'm going to try to get to them soon, but it requires a couple hours of dedicated time to get through them all.

I'm going to have a new staff member doing signups soon, but right now that system isn't working, so I haven't been able to let him start working.

I'd like to say that Friday I'll put in some time, but I can't make any assurances.

I have a "new guy" (Josh) to do that, but at the moment we're having some technical difficulties with the beta version of h-sphere preventing his account from creating signups.

I am working with PSoft to resolve it so I can pass some of my workload off to Josh. Otherwise, I'm not sure when I'm going to be able to get to processing the applications.

I am very sorry to anyone that's been waiting a long time. School is a pain.
