hmmm.. You will probably get some reactions Tess. I say.. lessen the intake a lot. Start eat apples or oranges instead. bananas are good too.. or grapes. That sugar is far more healthier for you. and cut down the white sugar a lot, :);) And I say you will be mush better off with everything. :classic:

Ok then Tess. But fruit cantains lots of vitamins and bananas also minerals that you need, so cutting out fruits are not so goos. better cutting out all white suger, cookies, chips , candy.... and replace it with fruit. :)

You could never do that Tess....your body would get sugars from the food you eat.

You'd still get some sugars from veggies even if you cut out all fruit! :D I had to give up carrots and squash for my low carb diet because they have natural sugars in them that would put me over my carb limit!! Now I'm taking a break in my diet and eating carrots like mad!! :p

I grew up without being allowed ANY white sugar, also called sucrose and dextrose. We had to read labels on stuff like canned peas and ketchup because they put it in EVERYTHING it seemed!! :p For sweets we had fruit and honey. :D

I want the caffinated soap, evidently its supposed to infuse the caffine directly into your body so that you don't need to drink coffee to wake up in the morning.
