    Life Goals

Once you choose an aspiration your sim has a life goal. Only I can't remember how to find this out and I don't have my book with me. I thought you held the mouse over the apiration meter and it would tell you, but nothing happens. I know that this is possible because in an game I used to play in I had a money aspiration and his life goal was to reach level 10 in his job field, and my family aspiration sim wanted to have and marry off 10 children in her lifetime. How do I find out what they want to do in their life!!?

Yes, that is right, but make sure you're on the actual meter and not the aspiration icon (and not the influence meter!). It does take a second or two to pop up. Also, I often have trouble where I'll accidentally move the mouse just a smidge just as it pops up, and it goes away again... so what I usually do is let go of the mouse while I'm waiting for it.

Also, make sure you have at least one EP installed. There are no lifetime wants in the base game.

I think LTWs come with Uni.

I have had this problem with some of my sims, when they become teenagers. At first their LTW doesn't show.

Have the sim go to another lot. That should fix the problem.

At least it does in my game.

If that doesn't work and you have NL have them use the "Cement Mixer" (but only if they're in the gold at least) and change their aspiration.

You can "change" it to the same thing, but this will reset it and hopefully give them a LTW.

Or, download Pescado's college clock and choose "My LTW is lame."

    That might work too.

    Good luck.

They do, but as far as I know they come with NL and OFB too, for those who don't have Uni.
