Maid doesn't show, please help I have double checked the telephone listing and indeed, a maid was hired. The only problem is that he never shows up (there are different maids in my other households), as in not even his truck. My sims that do know him can't call him just to talk, either. I do not really know what to do either, because I can't exactly fire him over the phone or hire a new maid. Help???
Sounds to me like something went wrong and nopw you have either an invisible maid who cannot leave or else an invisible block that is preventing te maid arriving at all. The quicket way to fix this is to move the family to a new house. (Feel free to use money cheats to replace lost value of belongings that have to be replaced ... but unless you have the Nightlife or Open for Business expansion packs you won't have an inventory to take your sims' bits and pieces with them when they move out.
