Never promoted Has anyone had the issue of never ever getting promoted, no matter what? This is only happening with my sims who have already fulfilled their first lifetime aspiration and are now working on their second or third one. They're in good moods, have enough friends, have all the skills, and always get to work, but never can get past the first level or two of the job (meaning the level at which they enter, which may not be the first one for a well-skilled sim). Annoying. Maybe they are really nasty at work, when I can't see them.
Yes, the one whose situation most annoys me is a youngish elder, but she's in lifetime platinum mood, and since she's a plant sim, she's never tired, and her needs are always green. And she has full skill scores in everything. But she can't get past coffee shop clerk...
Unless you have a hack, elders and teens can only be promoted to the third level in their job. You can find a hack over at MATY called noagediscrimination. That will allow your elder to be promoted higher than level three.
